Pet Fees: $350 (1st pet), $550 (2 pets)
Pet Rent: $15/month
Size Restrictions: none for 1st floor - 50 lbs. full grown on 2nd or 3rd floors.
Breed restrictions apply. The following types of dogs (whether pure breed or mix breed) are prohibited: Dalmatian, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Boxer, Chow, Presa Canario, German Shepard, Wolf Hybrid, Husky, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier).
Violations of the pet policy, including but not limited to not curbing your pet properly could result in a fine.
